These terms govern access to and use of the Pharmacy Pathway website and services.

By using Pharmacy Pathway, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Pharmacy Pathway is owned and operated by Sloan's Pharmacy and provides tools and resources for scheduling, reporting, and related pharmacy operations.

Scheduling and service information

Appointment availability, eligibility requirements, participating locations, services, and platform features may change. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment or a particular product or service. Follow the confirmation and instructions supplied for your registration.

No medical or emergency advice

Pharmacy Pathway provides administrative and scheduling tools. Website content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use this website or the general contact address for emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service when immediate help is needed.

Accounts and authorized access

Administrative, staff, and clinic-organizer features are limited to authorized users. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in information, using the service only within your assigned role, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account or attempt to access another person's information without authorization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Pharmacy Pathway; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means; misrepresent your identity or authority; or use the service in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

Communications and general email

Scheduling workflows may send operational messages about a registration or account. Do not submit patient information, health information, prescriptions, appointment details, or urgent requests through the general contact address linked from this website.

Third-party services and links

Pharmacy Pathway may connect to or link to services operated by others. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and availability of a link does not make Pharmacy Pathway responsible for their content or operation.

Intellectual property

Pharmacy Pathway, its website content, design, and software are owned by Sloan's Pharmacy or used with permission. Participating organizations retain rights in their own names, logos, and materials. You may use the service only for its intended purpose.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Pharmacy Pathway accurate, secure, and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect patients, participating organizations, Pharmacy Pathway, or others; respond to misuse or security concerns; or comply with law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Pharmacy Pathway evolves. The effective date above will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
